medi-prep.com is operated as an independent information resource for medicine applicants and their families. The site is not affiliated with any medical school, examination body, consultancy, or coaching service.

medi-prep.com does not collect personal data directly. We do not have user accounts, contact forms, or any mechanism for collecting personally identifiable information.

The following data may be collected by third-party services we use:

• medi_theme — Stores your dark/light mode preference. No personal data. Expires with browser session or localStorage limit.
• medi_profile — Stores tool inputs (UCAT score, country preference) across tools within a session. No personal data. Cleared when you close the browser tab.
• medi_checklist — Stores your application checklist progress locally. Stored only on your device. Never sent to any server.
• Google AdSense cookies — Used by Google to serve and measure advertisements. Managed by Google. See Google Cookie Policy.

How your data is used

Data collected by this site (dark mode preference, checklist progress, tool inputs) is stored only on your own device using browser localStorage and sessionStorage. It is never transmitted to any server operated by medi-prep.com.

Google AdSense may use your browsing data to show you relevant advertisements. You can opt out of personalised advertising via Google Ads Settings or by visiting aboutads.info.

Your rights

Since medi-prep.com does not collect or store personal data on its servers, there is no data for us to delete or provide. For data held by Google (AdSense, Analytics), please refer to Google's privacy controls at myaccount.google.com.
