This checklist covers the six stages every medicine applicant goes through, in the order admissions committees expect to see them: entrance exam preparation, clinical work experience, the personal statement, school selection, the formal application, and interview preparation. Each task comes from what UCAS, VTAC/UAC/QTAC, GEMSAS, and NMC/NBE actually publish as requirements — not general study advice recycled from other sites. Where a deadline or threshold is mentioned, it links to the official source so you can confirm the current figure yourself, since exam dates, NEET qualifying scores, and school-specific UCAT thresholds change from year to year.

This trades convenience (no cross-device sync, no account needed) for privacy: we can't see your checklist, and we don't ask you to create one to use it. The six categories above follow the actual sequence of a medicine application, and the order matters: leaving work experience or the personal statement until after school selection is one of the most common timing mistakes we see. UCAT registration and preparation come first because your score determines which schools are realistic targets — attempting to build a shortlist before you know your UCAT band wastes time on schools you may not be competitive for, or misses ones you underestimated.
